At 805 Sheds, we pride ourselves on giving our customers exactly the kind of shed they envisioned (or better). Our optional features allow you to coordinate your shed with your house or other outbuildings, maximize its functionality, and express your uniqueness.

Additional Windows – $150/ea
Our standard single-hung windows are 18″ x 27” and are available in white or brown, and have screens. All sheds include 1 window. Different size and style windows available upon request.
Deep Workbench – $16/linear ft.
Our workbench runs the full width of the shed and is 24″ deep. Perfect for a potting bench or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.
Deep Loft – $18/linear ft.
Our storage loft runs the full width of the shed and is 32″ deep. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like patio cushions or umbrellas.
Extra Single Door – $200
Standard single doors come 36” wide but can be custom-made any width from 20”-42”.
Heavy-Duty Ramp – $100
If you have a ride-on mower, bicycles, or other large items, you will want this ramp. We build them to withstand heavy loads.
Custom Painting – $3/sq. ft. ($250 min)
Want a different color than the standard tan? Let us paint for you!
Shutters – $40/pair
Our 7.5”x27” shutters are made with LP Smart Trim to ensure extra-long life. All shutters come white unless a different color is requested, which could affect the price.
Flower Boxes – $50/ea
Our flower boxes are made with 1×6 engineered wood, prolonging the life of the box over traditional wooden flower boxes. Boxes measure 18” wide x 6.25” tall x 7” deep.
Old Shed Demolition & Removal – $8/sq.ft.
We offer shed demo and removal service.
Pricing example: 10×10 old shed = 100 sq ft. The price for the demo and dump would be $800.
An additional fee may apply if the dump is more than 15 miles from the shed build site.
